Friends of the Falls was formed in April of this year to advocate the preservation and public access to High Falls, Triple Falls, and Bridal Veil Falls. Support is coming from all segments of the community - Transylvania and Henderson County residents; Republicans and Democrats; natives and transplants; hikers, fishermen, horseback and mountain bike riders.

How You Can Help

You can support the Friends of the Falls effort in three important ways.

First, contact the Governor and the Attorney General to let them know your support for the acquisition of the entire 2200 tract inside the DuPont State Forest.

Second, email our web address to several of your friends, and ask them to consider supporting us. Don't forget to include this address: www.dupontforest.com.

Third, send a tax-deductible contribution to Friends of the Falls (see below).
