Emily Walthall has lived in Brevard for five years. Originally from Winston-Salem, NC, she grew up exploring the mountains of Western NC and knew early in life that there was no where she’d rather live. She and her husband, Elliott, practice law at their firm Frohsin Barger & Walthall, representing whistleblowers in federal fraud cases. Her passions include native plants and sustainable gardening; Monarch butterfly conservation; hiking – especially in autumn; Halloween – especially in Transylvania County; and Liverpool Football Club. Emily and Elliott live with their Springer Spaniel, James, and English Setter, Shorty.
